The Duo Behind Red Barn

Meet Ken & Anita

Ken and Anita Corsini are the founders of Red Barn Homes, LLC (the story behind the name). Having started the business in 2005, they have bought and sold over 800 houses in Metro Atlanta since this time. With Ken’s sharp business sense and construction knowledge, and Anita’s savvy Real Estate skills and design eye, they make a perfect team, complementing one another to transform homes every step of the way. Whether it’s a home that needs a simple cosmetic makeover, or one that needs to be completely gutted, they can make it happen.

Ken Corsini graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999 with a Business degree in Risk Management. After spending 5 years in the corporate world, Ken’s strong interest in real estate and entrepreneurial bent led him to leave his “day job” and start the family business. Two years after starting the business, Ken began working on a Masters degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech. Upon graduating in 2009, he got his general contractors license – which has enabled the company to embark on a number of new construction opportunities.

Since starting the business, Ken has spoken at REIA’s around the country and has written numerous real estate articles for real estate sites such as BiggerPockets.com and Realtor.com. He is also the host of the popular real estate investing podcast – The Deal Farm.

Anita Corsini certainly wears many hats, her favorite role is being wife to Ken, and mother of their three wonderful children. Anita has a bachelor of science degree in Mathematics from the University of Georgia, and a Masters degree in Mathematics education from Georgia State University. A former educator, she changed career paths when Ken sought to start the family business. In 2007, Anita got her Real Estate license before the birth of their first child, to play a role in the company and allow the opportunity to be with both the kids and her husband. Anita believes any home can be transformed into something beautiful, and is willing to go the extra mile to make it a warm and inviting environment for someone to love.
