    A contract between client & Red Barn agreeing to initial construction services. At this time, a deposit will be collected to cover initial costs of engaging our team based on the scope of work. Examples include: Preliminary civil work, Design services, Estimating, Permitting, Contract initiation.

  • Pre-Construction phase
    • Architectural plan review/edit/final drawings
    • Interior design selections
    • Site development, civil engineering
    • Initial contract development with base pricing
  • Design
    • Step 1: Design kick-off-Meet with design team to discuss all of your dreams, inspirations and make your home selections.  (3-4 hours)
    • Step 2: Showroom meetings
    • Step 3: Final design review
  • Finalize contract
    • Client meeting with Builder, Project Coordinator, & Custom Home Sales Specialist
    • Review selections, plans & schedule
    • Execute final construction contract with selections addendum
    • Review contract highlights -Change orders -Weather
    • Final details
